Facet 58 owns and operates the Services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice, effective upon posting. We may limit or terminate your access to Services at our discretion.

Scope of Services

Facet 58 provides branding, marketing strategy, digital marketing, content creation, and related consulting services. Services may include website design, social media management, email marketing, campaign development, advertising, creative direction, and brand positioning. All services are delivered for marketing purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice outside of the agreed scope.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and any required assets to enable delivery of services. Marketing results depend on client cooperation, market conditions, and other external factors — we make no guarantees of specific outcomes.

Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or service agreement. All payments are due as stated in the agreement. Unless otherwise noted, deposits are non-refundable, and all packages are non-refundable once work has commenced. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Projects or recurring services may be canceled according to the terms in your signed agreement. If no cancellation terms are stated, 30 days’ written notice is required. Work already completed will be invoiced in full.

Intellectual Property

All materials created by Facet 58 (designs, copy, graphics, videos, templates, etc.) remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, rights will transfer to the client as outlined in the agreement. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our Services, including but not limited to uploading unlawful content, distributing spam, or infringing on third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

Facet 58 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services. All work is provided “as is” without warranties, except as expressly stated in the agreement.

Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., social media, email providers, ad networks) to deliver services. Facet 58 is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or performance issues.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
